When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk said they did not have my reservation. Merrica told me I needed to contact Hotels.com . She was able to find a phone number for me. After pressing several buttons, I finally got a human. He attempted to fix the problem, but had no luck. A few minutes later I was placed with another agent. This one was from Expedia. FINALLY THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM. Thank you Merrica for you kindness and patience.

Great place to stay

Great hotel to stay at. Great location with multiple places to eat within walking distance or a short drive. Easy drive to downtown Scranton. Only drawback is no microwave in the room.

It is a no frills accommodation. But, comfortable bed and pillow were all that I was seeking (though a hot coffee late in the day or bath gel in the shower dispenser would have also been nice).

a lot of traffic to get to the property if you aren't from the area -- a light up sign on the hotel would help. But everything else was great! The staff were very friendly. The place was very clean.
