"much of property is under remodel. Worst part - I visited Sacramento to see my brother, dying in hospital. The first night I slept at hospital so when I went back to hotel to check out early - brother was being moved into hospice at home the property did not allow me to check out early. They billed me for five nights. No early checkout. I paid almost $800 for one night when I didn’t sleep there. Don’t take a chance on this hotel."

"Great location, easy parking. Seems like property is sliding. The room we had the tv was totally unplugged and dismantled. We figured out how to get it working. The elevators need a thorough cleaning- dirty floors/smelly. The staff needs a refresher as well for customer service- they seem apathetic and not happy to be there. We did encounter one gentleman who was friendly. Breakfast area was a wreck. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times as we use it as the middle stop in our trips. So we have seen a progress change downhill. Please put some attention back to this property."

"This facility is a clean, no-frills, inexpensive motel. It is well located near many businesses & medical services. The bed & pillows are comfortable, the linens soft & clean. The lighting is harsh cool white led's. The furniture is sparse. The large room was fairly quiet. There is a refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker in room. Also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Breakfast is brown-bag, either cold cereal or oatmeal, a piece of fruit a granola bar & a juice box. There is coffee, & tea during the morning in the office. There is a pool, which looked clean. Staff was efficient but friendly."
