2 bedroom ranch house with no basement

Make yourself feel at home in this spacious and cozy (no basement) ranch style house. Located at the end of a secluded neighborhood, that is a dead end street.

Master bedroom is accommodated with a full-sized bed with 2 nightstands, 2 dressers (one with a mirror), a TV and 2 large closets, one being a walk in. Guest bedroom is accommodated with a full-sized bed, 1 closet, 1 dresser, a nightstand and a TV. Both rooms have no ceiling lighting available. Lamps are provided on each of the nightstands. There is a ceiling fan in the hallway that has lightening available.

The living room is very spacious with 3 couches available, one with a pull-out bed (hideaway bed). Not only is the kitchen equipped with a large 6–8-person table and chairs. There is a second dining area, that opens up into the living room.

Lots of fun things to do, see and try! This location is a great spot because there is access to 3 major highways, within 5 miles. The Zoo, Kings Island Amusement Park, Paul Brown Stadium, Perfect North Slopes Ski Resort, Casinos, Vinoklet Winery, CVG, The Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati Airport and so much more, are all located within 30 minutes from here!
