The photos of the room in the app made it look WAY nicer than it actually was. It was dumpy and stained. The living room furniture had cig stains, the “leather” finish on the couch was coming off.. the staff looked at me like I was dumb when I asked for an ice bucket. They were rude and said my room had a full fridge/freezer so I had to use that ice. There was no ice made so we just used the freezer ice tray. The floor was peeling up and my daughter (3) kept tripping. Didn’t complain as they were already rude.

This property is just minutes from lots of dining and, most important to us, the Sharonville Convention Ctr. Check in was a little disappointing, as we had made a 4 room reservation months in advance, only to be told we weren't going to be close to each other. Hallways and some of the rooms smell funky (definitely smoking going on). Rooms were clean, but bathrooms were rough. No maid service, but front desk got us a blanket since one was missing. Breakfast is seriously lacking in protein. Ran out of both yogurt & peanut butter, the only options. Nice self-contained pancake maker, though! Parking is tight, but enough spaces. Didn't get to use the pool, though it looked clean. Overall, worth the price if you don't expect a 4 or 5 star experience.

My tire got slashed in the middle of the one night I stayed (based on what the mechanic said and me knowing there were zero issues with tire pressure the night before). The property did not have any cameras of the parking lot either and were not helpful in the matter. There were some people loitering around the room entrance where you had to show your room key to get in, and one of them followed us inside. The hotel had several false fire alarms going on in the same day. I had made a reservation for 2 nights for my kids and I but we left after the first night.

Need to be more up front about not being a "full service hotel" breakfast was microwave sandwiches and if you got there too late they would run out. Not being a full service Hotel meant that they would not take your trash out every day even on requests. The pool was outdoors and used a skimming given the number of dead bugs in it. The hot tub was covered by a tarp that was starting to have lichen and grow on it

Upon entering the hotel it was dimly lit it had no fresh smell at all just stale air. Our room had soiled couch, the bathroom floor was full of broken tiles and lukewarm water in the shower we were told to many guests ha ha! The breakfast was a joke frozen breakfast sandwiches and cold cereal. All this luxury for 8 hours sleep...100.00 plus tax etc.
