Our newly renovated building has four apartments, and you will have access to all four of them! Two are on the first floor and two are on the second floor, and do require stairs. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and plenty of living area. They are not connected, but literally steps away from each other. We are conveniently located near restaurants, shops, bars, Cincinnati, The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Newport Aquarium, Reds, Riverbend and so much more!

Charming apartment in OTR

The property is exactly as described - pretty in pink. Walkable to lots of charming restaurants and shops in OTR. Thereā€™s a church a couple blocks away that serves the homeless community so the drive in made me a little anxious. We felt safe thanks to the security system and auto lock doors. Parking is not permitted on the street so add 15 minutes to your arrival and departure to unload bags and carry to 3rd floor (not the property for someone who canā€™t easily walk stairs). The property was clean and stocked with everything you need. The host Drew was proactive and helpful. We loved this area and would stay again!

Took a church group and it was great.

We stayed from Sunday until Friday. We went to the creation Museum and the Ark. I drove a 34 passenger bus and didnā€™t have any problems. Very nice place to stay.

Work Visit

We had 4 employees and their families in Cincinnati to visit our 2nd office (from Green Bay). The apartments were all very charming and comfortable. Laurie was easy to reach and checked in to make sure everything was going ok and ensure we didn't have questions. The property was within walking distance to many sites. It was a wonderful stay.
