Did Not Meet Expectations

Pros: host was helpful, accommodating, easy to reach, and flexible; amenities were mostly accurate Cons: neighborhood was run down and felt unsafe; private parking area was steep and in poor condition, which made backing out difficult and caused minimal damage to the bottom of our vehicle; foundation was in poor condition (dips, bumps, and soft spots that felt like holes under the laminate), carpets and rugs were dirty; dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work; exterior walls were thin and all noises from outside could be heard inside (such as talking neighbors, barking dogs, cars driving by; this was very off-putting when we were trying to sleep); ants in the kitchen; a random pile of peanuts founds under a bathroom rug; fence in photo is not completely closed off and had some gaps that medium to small pets could fit through; hot water ran out quickly.
