"Best Hotel we have ever stayed at!"
XV Beacon is simply the best hotel my husband and I have EVER stayed at! The rooms are luxerious, the staff is extremely helpful and polite. The concerige helped me arrange a special anniversay evening (i.e made reservations for a show and dinner) plus the town car service took us any where else we wanted to go. They truly went above and beyond. We will stay here any time time we are in Boston!

"Beautiful hotel with character"
This hotel is the whole package. From being greeted by a personable, welcoming staff at the door to learning about the town from the knowledgeable, friendly concierge, the Boston Omni Parker House Hotel was a pampering experience. The King bed was heavenly. This hotel cannot be more conveniently located, with great history literally just a step across the street, and I found it to be very safe. The gym on the lower level is clean and open all night, though I found it a bit creepy working out alone after hearing the hotel is haunted (not from staff). However, on the same floor of the gym is a terrific informational display of artifacts from throughout the long history of the hotel, and it's definitely worth a look. The lobby stands no comparison in its opulent splendor. The food at the Parker Bar wasn't impressive, though the ambiance was relaxing and perfect after a day's work. A quick trip to the 14th floor offers delightful views of Boston. The gift shop had few offerings specific to the hotel, which I found disappointing, as I was hoping to have a keepsake of this hotel, like a postcard, etc. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. I hope to stay here again!

"Nice Hotel"
Reservations went off without a hitch. Pillows were a little too full for me . My cousin said the bed was hard. The room was small but I guess that is what you get in the city. But we didn't need anything more. We were only there to sleep! Bonus-they had a purified, chilled water station in the hall where you could fill your own bottle or you could use the bottles provided. Location very close to Quincy Market area. Staff was friendly. They called a cab for us as we were pressed for time in order to get to a show on time. Convenient restaurant in the hotel - even though we didn't eat there.

"Nice hotel close to many attractions and subways"
Chose this hotel because of location and price. Busy time in Boston and hard to find rooms for a family. We thought the location near Beacon Hill was great for accessing the subways and walking. Near MGH,many people around and always felt safe walking back at night. Not much night life in this area, would recommend The Copley area or Long Wharf . Great location between the red line and blue lines, 5 minutes to Harvard, 5 minutes to Quincy Market!

"Girls' weekend in Boston at the Boxer"
I met a friend who was in the Boston area for the Thanksgiving holiday and booked The Boxer for our overnight stay. The hotel was a wonderful mix of old-fashioned and contemporary. The staff was courteous and helpful and the accommodations were very comfortable. The bed and linens were dreamy and I loved the L'Occitane bath products. The hotel was well-situated for our exploring. If it hadn't been raining, I would have enjoyed using one of the hotel's bicycles.

    Children's Hospital Boston Hotels

Boston, Massachusetts, is one of the oldest cities in the United States as its location on the Atlantic meant it was one of the first places the European settlers landed. Everywhere you go in the city, you get a sense of its history, from its cobblestone streets and the old buildings along the Freedom Trail, to America's oldest university, Harvard. Hotels near Boston Children's Hospital are ideally located in the Longwood area, just four miles from downtown and just far enough away from the manic hustle and bustle.

    Boston Children's Hospital

The Longwood Academic and Medical Area of Boston lies southwest of downtown, and is the location of many medical schools and hospitals, as well as several museums. Boston Children's Hospital is in the center of the region, and considered one of the best of its kind in the United States. The huge Museum of Fine Arts is also nearby, less than a mile to the east. As it's a quieter district, it's a good place to base yourself, and hotels close to Boston Children's Hospital are just a short drive or subway ride away from the city's main sights.

Start your tour of Boston with a walk along the Freedom Trail, beginning at Boston Common, and take in some of the city's most important revolutionary sites. The walking tour is more suited to adults, but kids will love the interactive exhibits at the USS Constitution, an old warship at the end of the trail. The Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum also combines history with interactive exhibits, and is fun and educational for people of all ages. On your way back to your hotel in Boston, stop off in the South End district to sample some trendy New England cuisine in some of the city's best restaurants.
