It was a horrible experience - staff is rude and unprofessional. It was freezing in the lobby - below 50F. Freezing in the dining room. Very dirty lobby. Nobody cleans the breakfast tables. Food is disgusting. You want cheap, this is what you get. It had high ratings - no idea why. That’s why we booked it. Huge mistake! Room: suite 2 bedrooms: 1 small handwashing area. Toilet inside the shower room. Bathtub paint is pilling off. Water pressure is zero. You pay for valet - 1 guy works there, we stood in the freezing lobby, dirty floor and waited 35 minutes to bring our car. Staff: we booked through Expedia the first night. Due to the snow, we left on Friday so we booked another hotel room via phone. Lady said same room. Same price. On Saturday morning our key cards weren’t working. At the feont desk they informed us we d need to move rooms because the first one was with the view, second wasn’t. I told them no - we re not moving. They insisted. I asked them how could we stay in the same room? Lady finally told us with $20 up charge. Omg couldn’t you start like this: I m sorry for the inconvenience but the rates for the 2 nights are different. For $20 extra we can keep you in the same room. So I d not have had hard feelings. That is called professionalism. The freezing lobby is a joke. Cheap for a reason.

Excellent stay at this property near Magnificent Mile. The suite was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. The location is perfect - safe, quiet neighborhood with great walkability to restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Breakfast was adequate but could be improved. Overall, highly recommend this property for business or leisure travelers looking for a well-located, clean accommodation in a peaceful area of downtown Chicago.

Great location, close to everything but not too busy with traffic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. What more could you ask.
