They really helped me out with a mistake I had made, and the staff were all wonderful as usual. Only thing I would change is to put pool temp at the 84-85deg allowed.

The hotel and staff was very nice! The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working and they brought up another one without any hesitation.

The jacuzzi tub in the standard suite was fantastic. It was big and it worked perfectly. If you're looking for a room with a jacuzzi in Chicago, this is the hotel to stay at
