We find some of our guests prefer to use Uber or Lyft, which is a very convenient and cheap way to get around the city.

Please note that this unit is being newly furnished and photos are from a similar unit in the same building.

The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.

The maintenance staff may need to access our place as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.

The ENVITAE Hotel does not provide daily room service during your stay. Additional cleaning can be ordered for a fee, inquire for more information.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $149 per service.

Parking: We do not have a parking spot available for this place. You may use SpotHero to reserve parking prior to arrival. The nearest garage is Block Y Garage on 1301 W Madison St.

- Date change requests that shorten or move a reservation are considered following our cancellation policy.
- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all stays. Check-in instructions will only be sent if the deposit has been received.

Please be aware that while we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors, such as building maintenance or construction in the building or in the general vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting us before booking if you have concerns about potential noise during your stay. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.

ENVITAE does not allow local residents to book homes for same day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary home is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
