Flight Review

I WOULD DEFINATELY FLY JET BLUE AGAIN!

Mar 11, 2020

Lots of turbulence but safe landing thankfully

Mar 4, 2020

My frequent flyer number was in my online confirmation but not on my ticket. I had to get the agent to add it. You should connect the different parts of your system.

Feb 27, 2020

Always excellent service when I fly Alaska Airlines. I needed special help boarding and exiting the plane and they were very professional and courteous.

Feb 23, 2020

Great flight! Got early to my destination great job overall!!!

Feb 19, 2020

Paying $90 for extras is a little steep. You should consider cutting it at least in half.

Feb 17, 2020

Other than booking flights to close to connecting it was good but all day travel had day

Feb 17, 2020

Got home safe! Thank you.

Feb 16, 2020

I have flown about 4 times in the last year and the pilot did an amazing job landing. The last few have been very rough and this one was not very noticeable when landing on the ground.

Feb 8, 2020

The only thing that was disappointing was there was only one choice of a food box offered. The flight attendants said that's all that was loaded on the plane. The menu clearly list options that are available but we didn't have them.

Feb 7, 2020

Didn't understand why I Didn't have a seat assigned until boarding time.

Jan 30, 2020

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Big Bear Lake

Make your journey to Big Bear Lake a little easier by following these practical security tips:

  • Airport security staff will ask to see your boarding pass and travel ID at the checkpoint. Have them in a convenient place, ready for inspection.
  • You'll need to put your tunes on pause for a short while. Headphones and earphones need to be taken off and put in a tray for X-raying. The same goes for items such as coins and keys.
  • Laptops need to be taken out of their cases and placed in a tub prior to being X-rayed.
  • When it comes to flying with gels or liquids, every passenger is permitted a quart-sized clear resealable bag to keep containers no greater than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters).
  • Airport security staff will likely ask you to take off your shoes in preparation for entering the body scanner. Pick a pair that slip off easily. There's nothing worse than having to do up your laces again and again.
  • Razors and knives are prohibited from entering the plane. Tuck them away in your checked luggage to avoid forfeiting them at the security checkpoint.
