This property felt like it was being maintained at the lowest level. You can smell smoking, the rooms are needing a lot of upkeep, not clean other than the beds. One bed was unusable due to the large sinkhole in the middle. The floor was not clean and for the 2 nights we were there, got worse as there was no housekeeping offered during our stay. The Cabinets were scuffed up marks all over them and need to be painted or something. The location was great and the one staff member we worked with was very friendly.

Piss poor communication

I was at an event that ran late. During the event there was an attempt to charge my card. It was declined. When i booked the hotel i chose the option to "Pay when I get there" and i had not made it to the hotel at all before the event. I responded to the email about the declined charge and said i would pay when i check in. Got to the hotel and the clerk tells me "someone received the response but the hotel cancelled" the one night reservation. They had no rooms and my friend and i had to drive 4 hours home in the middle of the night.

The remodel is great.

The lady that checked us in was one of the best people we've ever had to work with. The two men that ran the desk during the day, however, was some the worst.

The staff was friendly and in general the stay was ok. There are lot of things that can be improved in this hotel but let’s just say that you will get what you are paying for.

The property Would benefit Some TLC. Such as New paint in each room and flooring followed by cabinets and countertops with all new beds and mattresses. But again the daily payment would increase. If I owned the property I would do 10 rooms at a time. Such as 10 rooms every 6 months. Not so much income being deducted. But it’s not my property. ALSOOOO THERE needs to be smoking dispensers in each smoking area for the cigarette filters which are literally everywhere because of no permanent smoking dispenser at each door/ area. Also the landscaping looks like the walking dead. THERE ARE ROACHES EVERYWHERE at nighttime around the bushes. It’s unhealthy and gross. Also the washing machines have messed up my clothes twice. They are very outdated. I’m not being unappreciative because without yall I’m homeless with my disabled daughters. I’m so happy for yall. It is my HOME FOR NOW as I go through this chapter. I just can’t help but to be honest in my review. Thanks for listening

Great staff, damaged rooms

No food options besides vending machine. Pool closed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were damaged and out of date. Ceiling parts were falling down in one of the rooms. Toilet in other room wouldn't stop running.

Great location for a concert, convenient to nearby stores/food. Hotel was outdated, bathroom dirty, kitchenette has no supplies. People loitering around most exits.

When I walked into my room it smelled musty. I couldn’t get the air conditioner to turn on the fan until I reset the switch. There were dents in the walls and when I went to check the bed for bed bugs, I saw a roach on the floor and stains on the bed sheets. I immediately reached out to the travel company I booked the room in and asked for a refund and cancellation. I didn’t feel comfortable even sitting down that I stood while I kept losing service on my phone until the agent confirmed they would refund me. I then went to a much higher rated hotel right down the road.

stay far away!

Entire property top to bottom smells like weed. Cigarette burns in the furniture, stains on table/counter tops and bathrooms. Beds are basically cots. You’re better of using an air mattress. I checked out as soon as I checked in. Management is horrible to deal with. They make you sign a contract about no smoking but it’s clearly happening everywhere inside! The place doesn’t even feel safe.
