Some staff are approachable and welcoming and others not. I came in friday night to check in and i was standing at the front desk for like 10 mins and looking around for the staff.. no one was there but this lady was sitting close to the minibar section and looked at me… 10 mins passed by and that same lady stood and walked up to me.. she was THE staff but not sure why she didnt say anything that she would be helping me pretty soon… maybe she was on break or busy??? But at least acknowledge me that someone will be helping me in a few minutes and not just ignore my presence. Anyways, it was really weird.

Room was ok but nothing worked in the hotel. Cash register was down, was out of almost everything at the barr and didn't serve dinner for 2 out of 3 days. Bartender was rude and inattentive. Would not recommend this hotel knowing there are many other options. I've not given a bad review before this but I felt compelled to let others know.

Clean room and courteous staff, however the APPS on the TV wouldn't work and it took forever for our breakfast to arrive, taking at least 30 minutes after ordering. The waitress was apologetic and thanked cus for patience or I would have rated lower.

The property was fine. However the coffee maker had to replaced. The room was the last to be made up when I returned mid afternoon so declined the service. Expedia failed to notify the hotel of my arrival date was delayed by one day. Fortunately the management recovered and notified Expedia. Expedia charge $147.01 for the change.

The place was clean and the staff was nice. Had to pay for breakfast and even after purchasing through Expedia a drink was not included and still was a charge on the bill. Charges for our room was placed on the incorrect bank card and after leaving a message for the manager in charge of that we never got called back. On a better note the suite was spacious and clean.
