Sunridge T2 has zero steps in and features an entry-level bedroom and bath,
making it a good choice for guests who have difficulty with steps. This multi-
level unit offers internet access, has a premium rating, and sleeps seven. The
entry level includes a living room with a flat-screen TV and a powder room.
Please note that the wood-burning fireplace is not available for use. The
fully functional kitchen features a breakfast bar with four stools, and the
dining room seats four. On this level, you'll find a queen bedroom with a
flat-screen TV and a full bath.
Upstairs, there is a loft area with seating and a flat-screen TV. The second
bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, a TV, and a full bath, while the third
bedroom offers two single beds, a TV, and another full bath. The garage (not
available for parking) includes a foosball table that converts into a small
ping pong table for added entertainment.
Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. In
the summer, you can relax on the patio. This unit is a short walk to the trail
(weather permitting), and shuttle service is also available. Parking is
guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location, with
plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the communities.
All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer
(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living
room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included)
and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and
toilet tissue.
During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis / basketball
courts and the Community pools. However, our condo guests are welcome to
utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations
required).

Remote check-in is an option. Please call our hotel front desk to provide a
credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior
to your arrival to avoid checking in at the hotel front desk. More
instructions will be sent in your pre-arrival information.
