"The mansion is amazing and worth seeing, but it's a Victorian mansion and is more of a museum then a working inn. Also, while the owners are very nice, the amenities are definitely lacking and you really are not allowed to do anything inside or within the grounds with cameras and detectors everywhere except the rooms.
Be aware of the no shoe policy in the house and the lack of private baths. It really feels more like an Air B&B.
Still it was a nice room to come back to every night and unique experience."
