This hotwl has become our go to when in Eureka or surroubding towns. The staff is so nice, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms are quiet, clean, and feel very private. The pool area is awesome, when swiming or sitting in the hottub, I never felt uncomfortable or as if i were too close to others. The housekeeping and breakfast staff is very nice and pay attention to detail. We will always stay here as long as it stays this way.

Despite its being a motel in an unsafe area on Hwy 101, across from a marijuana shop such that you get out of the car and smell it- the grounds, room, bed, and customer service were excellent. The front staff was always eager to help. The pool area has a tropical oasis vibe and hotel staff were often keeping it clean and tidy. You could tell the management was excellent. It is a quick one minute drive to the historic downtown( we felt unsafe as we walked it), with restaurants and shops. They even offer a free limo ride to and from downtown in the evenings

We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. We stayed for two nights on our trip down the Oregon coast and through the Redwoods. It was a great base camp for our adventure around the Redwood Forest. Our kids really liked the Oasis, with the pools and billiard table. The breakfast options were the best we had on our week long trip. Very nice facility.

The hotel was next to a diner, had a parking lot, really fun "oasis" with big spa, heated pool, fireplaces & pool table. The room was clean with marble counter top in bathroom. Comfortable bed and good breakfast options. It was next to a busy street though so walking to places seemed a little worrisome.

Very nice place to stay it was really relaxing. It was a very wide huge variety for breakfast included which was very nice. I really enjoyed the hot tub and the limo that they have available for you as well. Overall really great experience.

Excellent hotel! The room was very comfortable. We stayed for three days in late July, 2025. Every staff member was wonderful. I interacted with front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff. They were all friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast is great. There is room service available from the restaurant next door, which we got twice and were happily satisfied. But the best part is the Oasis pool area. It’s where breakfast is served, also. The Oasis has heated pool with a basketball hoop and a very shallow end for tiny ones, covered areas in case it’s rainy, lots of seating with propane heaters, a fire pit conversation area, two seating areas near the outdoor fireplace, tons of tropical plants, and a gorgeous hot tub with a waterfall feature. Oh, and there’s a massage chair in the exercise room. So nice!

The room we were given was extremely smelly tiny. Booked through Expedia. It was a bummer as different room was shown in the pictures & in reality was a pathetic room. Asked hotel to cancel our booking the same time at check in was still charged a night. Had to go through the pain of finding the other property last minute to stay. Expedia & the hotel none of them are ready to return the amount we had to pay for a night to which we never stayed.

Picture on expedia is not this hotel! Staff was a bit pompous! Room was that of a 1 star property… old,tired… carpet really worn and very strong smell of cleaner in the room. Okay, but won’t go back

We stayed in a freshly renovated room that was already started to fall apart. Neighborhood wasn’t great. Our room was very expensive for what we got. Common areas were open to the weather, which is cold even in July.
