Great hotel. Very clean. In the surrounding area lots of dirty, chain smoking homeless. But that is all over Eureka, can't avoid it. Hotel grounds all good though, clean. Would stay here again for sure.

Our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, but there were a few drawbacks. The heated pool, while advertised as warm, was still too cold for much swimming, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast room was decent, offering a good selection of food, but unfortunately, the hotel was out of orange juice during our visit. On the positive side, our King suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the overall experience was satisfactory.

Impressive Service & breakfast inclusions.

The place was quiet in a city bustling sorroundings, Costco nearby. Breakfast was very good with meat selection, eggs selections compared to other “breakfast included” that just served eggs, bread, butter, jam, coffee & fruits. Very effecient & outstanding customer service

The Holiday Inn Express was easy to find and access. Plenty of parking and the facility was immaculate inside & out. The only negative were the bed & pillows. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows deflated to nothing.
