You could not turn on the shower. Something wrong with it. You had to check in with a Kisok, a live person somewhere else in the world. The speakers were so bad and cracking, you could not hear what she was saying. Took 3 times as long, as she had to yell out what she was talking about. It was awful.

It seems as though everything is done online or remotely. The accomodations were acceptable for a short stay considering the cost. The continental breakfast was adequate but certainly nothing special.

Asked for extra towels and the person helping was complaining about giving me 2 more extra towels . With an attitude, he stated “there is already 3 towels each room”. When you have a total of 4 people staying in a room, 3 towels will not be enough. I asked for 2 more and was given an attitude. This is just pure laziness and bad customer service. The rooms were decent. Hair dryer did not work, but since I only stayed one night, I was fine with not using the hairdryer.

Great place to stay

Room was a nice size. The front desk lady was nice and pleasant. They gave us extra pillows and had them ready in the room when we got there. The only negative thing was parking was rough. There are not a lot of spaces and spots were small.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Check in and out was a with a person on a screen. Very impersonal and leaves you feeling like there is nobody actually responsible for the place. Breakfast is in a locked room that you need you keycard to access. Food was what i expectted but the gentleman that was tending it wasnt welcoming. The only interactio i had with him was dor him to ask what room i was in.. it was a very unwelcoming experience.
