"You'll be aware that when you make the reservations that you going to be charged over $140 if you stay for two nights that was not disclosed to us when we checked in. We were told that they would hold temporarily $200 for incidentals and for parking. When we ask how much is the parking daily that was not provided to us. Once we checked out we was told that the hold would be released as long as there was no incidentals in the room. 2 days later the $140 post to the account there is still an outstanding charge of $40 that's pending. This is my concern your parking should be a flat rate and that should be disclosed to each person that comes in when they check in so we know the exact amount per day how much is parking along with your resort fees that should be a flat rate as well that amount should also be disclosed per day how much you're being charged to give that person an estimate of how much their card will be charged for those two things. I feel like that information was misleading because "

"Pool was nice "

"We only stayed for one night in the Jasmine Tower, but the kids loved the pool amenities and beach area. If you have kids, I highly recommend staying in the tower as you are near the pool and will not need to take the shuttle. The condo was spacious and met our needs. My only feedback is that the sofa bed was broken and the mattress in need of replacement. There are no USB ports for charging, so bring your own."

"The hotel was in a beautiful location on the beachfront, with many restaurant and retail in the area. However, for a Hilton it fell short slightly for the standard! Little things like the cosmetics in the bathroom....Shower facet and head did not work properly. The bathroom shower gel was completely empty. Just some minor things....but other than that was a good stay."

"The room was never leaned and never received clean towels."
