"Under the beds were extremely dirty, they may vacuum around the objects in the room but they certainly are not deep cleaning. My towels all had stains on them unfortunately. Other than that the stay was fine "

"The room was subpar, paint peeling off the walls, the beds slept horrible, you literally feel the springs in the mattress. I was awaken at 8am on a Saturday morning to banging, sounds like hammering… I went to the front desk at 1:30 when it hadnt stopped and was told there is nothing they can do about the noise because owners arw allowed to work and do what they want in the units anytime 7am-10pm. He had to leave for the rest of the day due to the noise. The front desk staff was very dismissive- she said “theres nothing we can do!” I said so we have a room we cant even rest- sleep. She said yeah we cant do anything about it! Horrible experience- we go to Myrtle 3 times a year and this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE ever!!! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PROPERTY "
