"We were very pleased with everything. Did not try restaurant so can't say about the food. Personnel very friendly always asking if we needed anything. Will definitely return."

"Spent over 30 minutes searching for parking to check in. We were assigned a “luxury villa”, it was not luxurious at all! Living room furniture was badly stained, even had holes in fabric on couch and kitchen chairs. TV in living room was so bad you could hardly read what was on the tv. The bathroom ceiling tiles had holes in it, red sticky substance on the floor, hair in the bath, and grease on the wall. Bedroom carpet was very matted and crunchy. We had to call 3 times for extra bedding (there was none). We also had to call multiple times for more toilet paper, they kept “forgetting” (stayed for 3 days and had a roll and a half to last a family of 4). One night there was construction above our room and we had to call multiple times due to loud pounding until 10PM. Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to take us to pool. There was construction everywhere at the pool, couldn’t use the restrooms. Indoor pool reeked of sewage and the pool water was beyond murky."

"Nothing was really terrible, until we ran out of toilet paper (half a roll was supplied for a weekend stay for 2 people) and we were told that we would have to go purchase our own if we wanted more. I have never stayed at a hotel/condo where i had to supply my own toilet paper. There were also no kleenex. Just a curious thing to cheap out on."

"Checkin not friendly. We were the only ones checking in and got rushed. Our room didn’t get cleaned. We booked for two nights. We left early and didn’t stay the second night. Horrible "
