"I ordered room service on our first morning, I didn’t receive all of it and what I did receive was absolutely COLD, not warm but cold. I sent a message via the in house SMS I had been using but I never back regarding the cold food and half order. The room was clean and comfortable and everything else was fine.. just don’t order room service. It was our 36 year anniversary so we wanted breakfast in bed … so yeah it was extremely disappointing."

"From the moment we walked in, we really enjoyed this place. The first thing that hit us was how nice and fresh it smelled. The whole property was clean, well kept, and just had an elegant feel to it while still being very family friendly. It honestly felt like a home away from home. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was super friendly, helpful, and pleasant. That stood out because sometimes you walk into places and the welcome just feels off, but she made us feel right at home from the start. The room was spot on. Great find through Expedia. We had the two-bedroom setup with a king in the master and two queen beds in the other room, which was perfect for our family. The marina view with the balcony overlooking the pool and out toward the water was definitely a highlight. We spent a lot of time just enjoying that view. There were a couple events going on during our stay, but it never got too noisy or overcrowded. We still had easy access to the pool and everything else without any issues. Overall, easy 5 stars for me. One of the better places we’ve stayed at in a while, and I would definitely come back and recommend it."

"The property and staff was beautiful, kind, & helpful. No issues whatsoever. I was a bit picky about certain things like smudges all over elevator doors my bathroom door FELL OFF THE HINGES, we called maintenance and it was fixed within 20 min. Room was clean but I always do my own cleaning and found a hair or two in bathroom and some hidden small dirty spot near microwave. Other than that, no complaints "

"We had a bad experience. We walked into our room (immediately after check in), our sheets and pillowcases were dirty. Pillow cases had food and long strands of hair all over it. We called to front desk to have them bring us clean sheets and put them on the bed for us. We were advised by a staff member that housekeeping had left for the day and and they didnt know if they could be of any help. However, moments later, a maintenance man came up with a plastic bag full of sheets to fit a much smaller bed and we were told that we would have to put them on ourselves because noone was there to do it. Our bed was a King size. We called back to the front desk to let them know, and they sent the maintenance guy again with another wrong set of sheets. Staff also could not find a blanket for us to use that night. So, for the third time of the first night, we asked for sheets to fit our king size bed and we were again, given the wrong sheets with no blanket. My husband and I had to sleep in a room with no sheets on the bed. we had to piece the smaller sheets up just to have something to lay on. The bathroom was also nasty and dirty. I had to clean it myself before we could use it. The seat, floor and towels was dirty.We were in room 312, where you can see from the inside of our door to the outside of the door from the large crack between the door and frame. We could here every sound in the hallways and other rooms. Were unsatisfied. The manager said if youll give a refund, he'll approve "

"pictures looked a lot different than in person. hotel room wasn’t actually ocean view and it was super dirty. mold, rust, dust, peeling walls, and dirty floors. that bed and blanket was valid doe. i paid about $150 a night for 2 nights."

"Our stay was excellent. Ashley at the front desk was warm, helpful, and kind. The valet was quick and courteous. The food on site while bit pricey was comparable to other 5 star resort quality and quantity. We will be visiting again soon."
