The living room and Master Bedroom have direct WHITE WATER OCEAN VIEWS. You're mere steps to the beach and sand between your toes. Your back yard is an incredible wetland and wild bird estuary. Your home is bright with natural light and tastefully decorated. Four decks--three with seating and amazing views. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, sunrises, and beautiful starry nights.

Experience surf lessons with world class instructors, bike through town with the whole family along the Island Greenway ( two adult bikes provided,---please bring your riding helmets), hike or enjoy bird watching in Carolina Beach State Park. You can cast a line off the fishing pier or charter excursion to reel in a great catch. Rent a jet ski, kayak, paddleboard or bicycle from one of the many shops on the island and charter your own outdoor island excursion. Tropical Storm be damned!

Despite Tropical Storm Debbie dumping a ton of rain and 50 mph winds during our vacation, we still very much enjoyed a relaxing week in this beautiful beach home! Perfect for our family of 3 teens and one pup!

Amazing home!

Beautiful home in great location. Just far enough away to feel secluded but close enough to walk everywhere. Gorgeous views from all of the decks, amazing bedrooms and a fully appointed kitchen. We will definitely be coming back, the hosts were awesome

What a beautiful place to stay. Fantastic views of the sound and lots of space inside. The pictures really don't do it justice! For future renters: the beach access right across the street that you see on Google Maps is closed because of erosion. The next beach access is only about a block down. But if you have kids, a wagon is a must! (And there was one in the downstairs closet!) Thanks for sharing your house!

Family Reunion-Beach Thanksgiving: Definitely 5 Stars!

We stayed at this lovely Carolina Beach home for a Thanksgiving family reunion and meal together November 20-26th. For our needs and compared to our past other temporary rental experiences several times a year, we liked this house very much. Everything in the home functioned well. The house was thoughtfully decorated and well-provisioned for our needs. We did group yoga on the spacious, open main floor led by our daughter who teaches back home. The salt marsh in behind the property is a treasure where we watched Great Egrets and White Ibis feeding each day, precious habitat for nesting and feeding here preserved. There was room for two vehicles. Located one street off the beachfront row, we all enjoyed pleasant walks to the beach or inlet. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. We drove to buy groceries. Communication with the hosts was easy - they were terrific. Access and host instructions were clear and readily available. Dogs are allowed and ours travels with us. His toileting was convenient on the small lot. Overall our experience was just right and met all needs during our short stay. We liked the house and will definitely consider this home again whenever our travels bring us back to the area!

Good spot in a great location with amazing views!

This is the second time my family has stayed in this area of Carolina Beach & we just love it! The tiki bar on the north pier is a fun spot just a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay at this home. The views of the ocean from living & master bedroom and then off the back of the home to the waterways (and both from side balcony/deck) are a huge asset. Thank you for a great week at the beach!

Family vacation, Carolina Beach 2023

The vacation home is even better than advertised. The house is bright, cheery, open, clean, clean, and clean. We felt right at home in this lovely vacation property. The owners were accessible, and exceptional hosts. What the pictures don’t show you is how open the house is. The ceilings are tall and the windows across the front of the house makes you feel like you’re outside when you’re not. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for warm friendly house to rent near the beach which is a short 3 minute walk away.

4th of July getaway

The moment my family and I walked in, we all had smiles on our faces and were impressed with how spacious and nice the place was! The kids ran into every room with excitement. We had everything we needed and more! The beach access closest to the house was closed but walking down to the next beach access was not bad at all! In the morning and evening we all enjoyed the nice breeze and relaxing views of the marsh. At night, fireworks were going off everywhere so we had fun going to all the different balconies to see them :-) We would love to come stay again!

Amazing!! The Best of everything!

I don't even know how to put into words how amazing this place is... The pictures do not do it justice. The house was just as described, nicely decorated, fully stocked with anything you might need, clean and well maintained. We felt at "home" the moment we walked in the door... the location is amazing. SO close to the beach - with the sound on the other side. I loved drinking coffee on the patios while taking photos of the birds on the sound in the morning. Communication with the property manger was outstanding. We would totally stay here again... we found it truly hard to leave!

Great stay at Carolina Beach

We loved the peacefulness of the back yard/wildlife area mornings with a cup of coffee; it was a short walk to the beach, we got fresh seafood most evenings and cooked it on the charcoal grill or on the stove. Kitchen was big and well supplied. Slept great in very comfortable beds. Enjoyed bike rides most evenings. Was as advertised.

Great location. House was as seen online. If I were to change anything I would add a TV to the third bedroom. I would also write in the welcome book what to do when the internet goes out. It went out four time during our stay. Nothing major just a couple things that would make someone's stay that much better.

A Great TIme at Carolina Beach

We had such a lovely time during our stay at Carolina Beach! Jerome made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and was wonderful about communicating with us throughout our stay. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the house overlooks an inlet full of marsh birds, which we loved looking at through the house binoculars. This location provided us with the perfect balance of quiet seclusion and access to the restaurants and other amenities of Carolina Beach. The bedrooms were perfectly laid out for three generations of our family, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. We can’t thank Jerome enough for being such a kind and gracious host!

Great views and GREAT house

Location was great, north end of the island. Lovely views of the marsh and ocean. Very nice house, fresh and light, breezes and balconies for everyone. Easy check in, great and easy communication with the host. The home is very well stocked as far as kitchen supplies. I also liked that there were cleaning supplies available so I could keep on top of my teenage boys and their general messiness. Full size washer/dryer was a great plus and they are fast and easy. We all enjoyed the long weekend very much. We opted to rent beach chairs and umbrellas so we wouldn't have to set it up and fight for space on the beach every day. That worked out very well although I don't think it would have been a big deal to use the cart and wheel everything down. I just didn't want to since we only had a couple of days. The older teenagers rented jet skis and had an absolute blast. That's something they will save up for and do again next beach trip. We had a concert in Wilmington on Saturday night. Very easy and fast trip to the venue. A great time was had by all and the house was perfect.

Close to the beach with great views!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The views of the marsh can’t be beat and we felt comfortable in the home. Just a short walk to the beach, and close enough to go grab a sandwich and head back without breaking a sweat. As this house is on the marsh, there were a lot of bugs. We got a LOT of bites on the lovely back porch areas - just a warning for people not familiar with the area - bring your big spray and fans to watch the sunset!! We enjoyed our family vacation here!

Breezy with great views

The property owner great to communicate its. Multiple balconies let joy the ocean and spectacular marsh views. The balconies also let us enjoy a breeze from any location. Inside was spotless and well appointed. Great value , especially for the price. We shall return.
