"With the area still working itself back from the damage of Hurricane Helene, this was a great spot to stay and enjoy Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. The house was great and the view was very nice in the mornings. A very responsive host and enjoyed the interaction. "

"The host was absolutely amazing and always got back to me with any questions that I had. The cabin itself was beautiful. The river and the beach with the mountain views were beyond exceptional. The only reason why I did not give five stars is because the beds made the stay very uncomfortable as the mattresses were firm spring mattresses. We all woke up in horrible pain everyday along with tossing and turning throughout the night. The mattresses need to be updated or I definitely suggest putting a 3-in serta topper/ egg crate on top of the mattresses. This would make for a more comfortable stay for many of people. Also wish there was more blankets and not quilts. On nights that it got really chilly, the only thing that kept us warm were the soft plush blankets that they had on the bed that went over the quilts but they are on the thinner side. We tried using the other blankets they did have in the closets but we were still freezing. Other than the mattress and the quilts, everything was beyond perfect. The host responded so fast and so quickly to all of my questions and was on top of everything. The area is beyond exceptional with the views. If you are looking for a cabin in the mountains and a little secluded from the city area, you are definitely looking at the right cabin. The host maintains the cabin beautifully. I would definitely rent again from this host. "

"My family and I loved our stay at Lure Me Inn cabin! The cabin was clean, cozy, and very accommodating! Our hosts truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The extra thought that went into what they provided and how they even decorated for Christmas made it even better! The hosts responded immediately any time we had a question. The cabin is located perfectly to explore the town of Lake Lure and even surrounding towns! My family and I are already planning our next trip back! "

"The cabin was able to sleep many people but was still cozy. The kitchen was excellent for cooking with everything needed. Our family loved spending Christmas all together and this gave the family time that was needed. Although, the river trail was a bit misleading as it was farther than expected than the pictures showed and there was no firewood stocked for our stay and it took a couple days to get the propane hooked up. "

"Beautiful cabin! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only constructive feedback is that the host never resonded to two consecutive inquries via VRBO messaging, there was no firepit or directions to wherever the firepit was in direction guide. Don't advertise something we can not find. And the Wifi login and password did not work. Didn't bother messaging host because they don't respond back. The cabin was immaculate. Beautifully decorated. It was peaceful and removed from the busy traffic sounds. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend. "
