2 night stay for softball tournament

The house was in a convenient location for our travel purposes. We were in town for a softball tournament at Bob Lewis park and it was an easy, short trip both days to get to the fields. The house was clean and well-maintained. We will definitely consider staying again when we return for future tournaments. This is a much better option than a hotel.

Lovely new clean property

We had a midwife retreat, relaxing and rejuvenating in this really lovely home. It was perfect for all us women. We especially enjoyed having breakfast, tea and coffee on the back deck. There was plenty of space for us to veg out and enjoy each others company. It was a close 20 mins ride into downtown Asheville to dine at outstanding restaurants. We also were able to hike on trails and visit Biltmore.

Quiet and quaint

Nice new house in a quiet neighborhood. Stocked with everything you need. Was great for me and my family while in town for a wedding. Not a far drive from anything in town.

Newly constructed home with comfortable furniture and new appliances

There was 6 of us that stayed for 7 days. We found the home was very clean, with new appliances and comfortable furniture. We found the home to be close to the Biltmore and about an hour away to national parks and national forests. We enjoyed hiking everyday to see so some top rated waterfalls and explore the local area. The home seems to be in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Chris W. of Evolve and the owner were very responsive and helpful. We recommend this home for anyone wanting to see the Biltmore and has the time to see some beautiful hikes NC has to offer.
