The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean but a little dated. We were on the top floor (8) and our toilet took a lot of effort to flush and for the bowl to refill. Overall, we had no issues.

We have stayed at this hotels MANY times. I love rhis hotel because the staff are amazing and it is clean (especially the pool)!! I paid the extra for a tower room, as we all needed a good night's rest before a morning surgery. Our bed was very uncomfortable (compared to other more recent stays). Thankfully there was an extra blanket, but an extra pillow (in room) would have been appreciated. Shower head also starting to show signs of age. Still highly recommend. Just would suggest that you request a QUIET room and anything else you might need ahead of time.

Meh experience, not the cleanest. Will not return.

Rooms were cramped, air conditioning very loud CACHUNK noise when turning on and off and it would do this multiple times throughout the night. Bathroom tub and shower stained, not great shower head either. Pool area not monitored by staff, no lifeguard. Very meh experience, would not return.

Nice hotel right off Glenmore Trail. Makes it easy to either get back on Deerfoot Trail or pop up to the Grey Eagle for an event, which was what I was doing. Has a pool and fitness center and a couple of restaurant options.
