"I checked on late and got a room on the Second floor. This was a major inconvenience for me with logged and carry on bags. The staff was very accommodating and moved me to a lower level room the next morning and the hotel staff assisted with moving my belongings. I was so appreciative of that assistance. This is my second stay here and I will certainly be staying again in the future. Thank you."
