The room was nice and fairly large with an excellent rain shower head. Had an issue with the toilet when we arrived but it was fixed very quickly. Convenient location to the Plaza. We've stayed everywhere on the Plaza and this would rank in the upper 1/3 of places.

I felt that the vacuuming could have been done better. It's just seems to be an older hotel but they could have done a better job keeping it cleaner (especially the floors).
