"Great "

"Our room was very nice with sea view. Slightly weird set up as we were on the corner and the people in the bedroom next door were looking into our living room. The balcony is more of a walkway than a private balcony. Location was good, right opposite the beach and we could walk to everything in the town. What was disappointing is that we stayed 2 nights and the bed was not made, coffee was not replenished or cups replaced on the 2nd day. I know these are first world problems but I work hard and enjoy my holidays and don't expect to make my own bed when paying a lot of money for a hotel. I asked about it at the front desk. The very nice lady showed me that it was stated in the small print on the sheet of paper I was given when checking in. To be honest it was very vague/subtle. It is not the end of the world but thought it was worth pointing out for anyone else choosing between 2 hotels. "

"Clean nice room"

"Terrible. They ran out of towels. So we had no clean dry towels. A bag of chips was dumped and crushed on the sofa when we first arrived. Nothing was clean. Had to beg for sheets and pillows. The bathroom was disgusting. No hand soap either. The toilet seat was brown. I could’ve barfed. Then the riff raft at night, people screaming, doors slamming. We paid for two nights and left after one. How do I go about a refund?? Also the pool had so much stuff floating in it. You can’t even swim there. "

"Roland at the front desk was exceptional. Housekeeping was top notch. Everything was neat and clean. "

"No continental breakfast given. Was really disappointed, not even fruit. Will not go there again. They should have given voucher to dunkin which was near by."
