Excellent location & backyard
We rented 121 and 131. We had 10 in our house and 9 in the other. We loved sitting outside in the backyard of 121 it has the patio. We wish we had brought some soccer chairs so we could all sit together. We split up and were in different groups.
Anyway we were all together after my daughter’s wedding. We were able fo walk in town and had access fo the greenway. My son loves to bike and brought his bikes.
The houses are spanking brand new, very comfortable,
fully stocked and communication with the owners was excellent. I was able to give some suggestions to make it even better.
We would definitely come back.
Things to plan for: extra parking down the hill, room for two cars at the house. It wasn’t a big deal just had to plan which cars we needed access to. VRBO has a setting that required a hefty deposit that hits the credit card while you are there and comes off a few days later. It may just be a setting that needs to be fixed and offer insurance instead. Remember this is a brand new listing and when you rent the house is amazingly clean. So worth it!
