Accessibility room was horrible. Not well maintained, broken door handles , not enough room for wheelchair, broken lamp, difficult to access fridge —- so disappointing for Hampton inn. I’ll never stay at the one in Natick.

The breakfast was lacking, what was supposed to be french toast was bread with cinnamon on it. However, the room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and water temperature. All in all, it was a good stay.
