Or, grab your favorite book and relax on the lounge chairs or hammock for added leisure. Enjoy cooking in the full kitchen, equipped with luxuries like a French door refrigerator and kitchen island, then store your wine and snacks in the outdoor kitchen for easy-to-grab refreshments. Cooking on the private gas grill is always an option, of course. Central air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in every bedroom will keep every guest comfortable. There's also a TV in every bedroom so everyone can wind down with their favorite shows. If someone has remote work or homework to finish, there's a workspace in the main bedroom - the high-speed internet is perfect for your needs. Board games are included for long nights winding down by the pool.

You will be hard-pressed to find a more ideal location than this, as the Pineland Marina, Tarpon Lodge, and Calusa trail are all within walking distance! When you want to venture out a little further, Pineland Marina is just the place to check out the barrier islands of North Captiva, Captiva, Sanibel, Boca Grande, and Cayo Costa. Ferries go to Cayo Costa and Cabbage Key, plus the Island Girl and Tropic Star excursion boats can take you to pristine secluded beaches and excellent restaurants on the islands! If fishing is on the agenda, boat to Bokeelia and catch a big one. Several bike rental shops are nearby, so you can enjoy nice island rides while taking in the scenery. The village of Matlacha is less than 12 miles away - where you can shop and dine, so there is no shortage of fun activities.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
