There was cockroaches climbing the walls.and they were not small.right over the bed dont stay there unless you dont mind sharing with bugs.

Liked the gal who checked us in, did not like the attitude of the gal at checkout. The room had a horrible smell to it and the carpet was filthy. The bathroom was clean.

The staff at the front desk were very nice. The hotel rooms are disgusting. With stains on carpet everywhere and the bedding and bed skirts. The surrounding area was sketchy.

The business connection between travelocity and best western made for a difficult stay. The shuttle system also needs to be improved upon.

Great location with easy access to the city and airport. Staff was amazing, funny and extremely helpful. Upgraded room and flowers made our Anniversary that much more special. Only down fall was the water pressure in the shower, room and amenities were on point. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel was clean and updated. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The area was a little sketchy with a fair amount of homeless around but we were never approached. Breakfast was the normal hotel fare.
