Historic 10-bedroom house in the heart of Banff. Looking forward to hosting travelers and outdoor enthusiasts from around the world, who are looking for an authentic mountain lodge experience.
Newly renovated in Fall 2025, it's the perfect escape for large groups of friends, family gatherings, or corporate retreats. With great views of the mountains, a large outdoor deck, ample parking (6 spaces), spacious sun & dining room, you will not find another property like this in the Bow Valley.
Spans close to 5,000 square feet across 4 floors and comfortably sleeps up to 23 guests. - The 4th floor features a unique apartment-style unit with it's own living room, bathroom and kitchenette. - On the 3rd floor there are 6 bedrooms, as well as 4 full bathrooms and a reading nook/office. - The main floor has a spectacular living room area with a small bar and 85" TV, dining room for 12 people and sun room with bench seating for another 12+ to dine. There are also laundry facilities and an additional bedroom/games room with TV, foosball and pull out couch. The large outdoor deck is great for BBQ'ing or just relaxing in the sun and taking in the mountain view. - The basement, which has a separate entrance (only accessed from the outside of the house), features 2 rooms, both with full ensuite bathrooms, along with another full bathroom. Ceilings are low in the hallway, but the rooms are all regular sized.
The Neighborhood: House is located in a residential neighbourhood, 3 blocks off Banff Ave.
Other Notes: - There is an on-site manager (lives in a separate section of the property, the Town mandates we have one) - Noise sensors on premises - No noise on the deck after 10pm, any partying will result in immediate termination of the stay, with no refund - Keep windows closed at night if any loud activity is happening indoors - Professional laundry service is used to ensure our linens are cleaned at the highest standard
