From the moment I arrived, staff were helpful and friendly, helping with anything I needed or asked, which as a solo traveller is always reassuring. The room was clean and well maintained, bed and pillows comfortable - perfect after long days hiking and exploring the local area. The hot pool and sauna were also very welcome amenities after the hikes! Location wise, it's a 10 minute walk into the main downtown area, but it's an easy walk - or the Roam bus is just outside. "
