From the moment you step inside Beach Glass, you are swept into the stunning ocean views -- the waves look close enough to touch. Seating is strategically arranged to allow you to enjoy ocean gazing from the living and dining area and primary bedroom suite. Wake up to an amazing sunrise view and watch the dolphins while enjoying your coffee.

The guest bedroom is on the opposite end of the condo and steps from the second bathroom offering your guests and you privacy. This newly-renovated oceanfront condo boasts new flooring and carpets and a fully-renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, and any utensil you might need. You will also have a crockpot, blender, electric mixer, can opener, Keurig, and drip coffee maker at your fingertips. The fridge offers an ice maker and filtered water.

The stove supplies convection as well as conventional baking. No need to pack all your food from home, you are minutes from a fully-stocked grocery store and if you don't plan on cooking you are within walking distance from several excellent restaurants. Beach Glass offers three HDTVs with Roku streaming available and YTTV, as well as secure wireless high-speed internet access. An ironing board and iron are available for your use.

A beautiful deck with a high-top table paired with chairs and lounge chairs overlooking the ocean provide a wonderful place to enjoy your evening cocktail. Accidental spill? No problem, the condo has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Beach Glass is conveniently located steps from the ocean using the Islander Condo beach stairs. There is also a pool on the grounds and Hatteras Beach Club is a short walk away. Barbeque grills and a sheltered picnic area are also on the grounds for guest use as well as convenient outside showers and a fish cleaning station.

This condo is on the second, or middle level, of the Islander Condominiums.
All beds have new mattresses as of 2023.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Well appointed, great location, wonderful place to stay.A few issues; mattress in main bedroom is very uncomfortable, ice maker did not work, TV is complicated with no instructions. Small issues and we enjoyed our week.

Outstanding Beach Views

Immaculately kept property with outstanding beach views from the house and balcony. Very comfortable, nicely furnished and well decorated home. The best part was the sound of the surf through the sliding glass doors at night! The stairs are a bit of a hike, especially with luggage, but well worth it if you can manage them. Lots to do in the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful week at Beach Glass celebrating our 30th Anniversary. We stayed thee 2nd week of November. The weather was great but having that deck with the ocean views made our stay perfect! The place is decorated beautifully and we everything we needed. I can’t wait to go back!

Pay Attention to Details

Yes we had a good vacation for the most part. Yes the location is pretty good. However, if you are interested in renting this property, call Hatteras Realty directly and save yourself some money. My first mistake. If you choose to rent through VRBO, mail a check for payment because the credit card fees are ridiculous. My second mistake. I prefer renting through VRBO because I find the places involving the real estate companies are not quite as clean. My third mistake. I had to clean after we checked in which is very annoying since you pay a cleaning fee. Lastly there were cockroaches. The nice pest control guy couldn’t believe there weren’t traps in this place after his finished spraying it toward the end of our stay. Yes I know it’s down south and these bugs are common. But I don’t want to see them, hear them or know they’re there. The place does have a nice deck but you can see and hear everyone else on their decks or see in their windows because of how they’re situated. Every move the people made in the place above us could be heard. They sounded like elephants up there but it turned out they were just teenage girls. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The condo was updated and nicely done but overall the cost was too high for everything we experienced. I’ve stayed at nicer places for less through VRBO, true rentals dealing with their owners which are clean and well maintained. I will pay attention to the details going forward.
