The room was fine and the staff and the melodies were also perfect. My biggest problem is that it’s so far to get to the garage to park your car and to bring my stuff in since there’s no valet present when I was there.

Check in was perfect, staff was incredibly friendly. Room was just alright. Comfortable bed, but not the vintage style that I thought I was getting. 1717 was also right next to what I assume was the housekeeping closet? SO LOUD. Parking was insanely expensive- go to Bally's and get yourself a players card for free parking! Quick walk to the hotel through the casino. Restaurant was understaffed and just alright. Pool was disappointing.

The room was clean and very specious. The bed was comfortable. The pool area was clean and very chlorinated lol. However, they didn't stock many towels in the pool area every time we went in there we only saw like 3 towels and every time we went to get one there were none left for us to get because they literally only put about 3 to 4 towels in there. The service was good and the people friendly however there weren't many service people around (maybe because it was Christmas time when we went) The hotel itself definitely gives you that historic feel and maybe even a little deserted/haunted feel as well. Many of the areas were closed off and not allowed to be used. We did have fun exploring this hotel.

Food options are good. Many events on site. Utilize the cannabis lounge. Very safe , professional establishment. Great for weekend getaway. Easy off street access to Bally's and Caesars. Generally less expensive than other major casinos to stay. Lots of history.

The beach view was great , however the rest of the experience was less than great. The rooms were half cleaned. The bathroom needs updating. The hot water on our second room needed to run awhile before it got hot. The hotel took 2 security deposits from me instead of just finding one reservation.

Heat was broken, bed was awful so hard,springs sticking out. I was in so much pain between the cold and bed. We didnt get into a second room and get settled till over 4 hours after checking in. Not too mention no where does it say i had to pay $25 a night to park. I didn't even stay 3rd night and was charged for parking on my card. I do not recommend anyone staying here. Access to ballys was great but thats it. Hallways were freezing and dirty. My room was gross. Never ever again.

Overall the hotel stay was worth the price. The rooms definitely need to be upgraded. My floor was under renovations, but the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.
