Asheville Byrd House is the perfect mountain-view oasis. 3 BR 2.5+ BA home with a unique and cozy mountain/urban feel that has all the comforts of home. Located within the city of Asheville. Minutes to downtown, hiking, breweries, restaurants and all the wonders of the great outdoors.

The space
This charming home is the perfect place for your family or to stay with friends. The home is meticulously cleaned with a whole-home sanitization cleaning process performed between guests. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room with washer & dryer, high-speed 200mb/second Wifi, TV's located throughout. The master bedroom sports a luxurious and comfortable king-sized bed with a private en suite bathroom. The upstairs peacock-themed queen guest bedroom also has a dedicated office space perfect for office work. In the third bedroom, also located upstairs, you will find a unique custom-built queen bunk bed with a camping bear theme, perfect for the kids. Within the custom built bunk bed is a secret book nook library under the stairs for your kiddos to tuck away in. Throughout the home you will find amazing mountain views from most windows. The outside area contains an extended front porch with seating for 4 and the backyard has an additional pergola with 2 more cozy outdoor seats with outdoor market lights. The outdoor area also has a brand new propane grill.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home. The home is equipped with a smart knob on the front door so guests will receive a unique key code to enter the home with contact-free keyless entry.

Birthday Celebration 70th!

Location was great! We had family in town from Raleigh, Nashville, Huntville and Atlanta. The property was great as 4 of us stayed there. Super clean and comfotable. The only thing i wish is there had been closer additional parking when family came to dinner. Thanks Joe for providing a great escape and opportunity to spend time with my family! Would recommend highly!

Byrd’s Nest

The cottage is a perfect spot for families to stay when visiting the Asheville area. It’s conveniently located on the east side of town and an easy drive to all of the attractions. We chose it because it was near Camp Ridgecrest too. The hosts have every convenience that you would expect, comfy furniture and bedding. It literally felt like home away from home for us.
