"I really liked the hotel. My daughter and I stayed when we attended the Ariana Grande concert. Everything was great, nice room, many walkable eateries, and a nice staff. Only complaints I have are that our window was facing the street and it was sooo loud all night long with people and cars. I couldn’t fall asleep until after 3am."

"Ok This is what I’ll say … for people who are not tech savvy… it was too complicated to turn on the Tv, turn channels and etc… but that’s just me… Too Hi Tech… room was definitely too small. And the bathroom felt like I was in a recording studio. Now I’m in the 60th age rage which is not old. But we like things simple.My young adult children would have love it! 🙌 Now Breakfast was Fabulous and Thank you! The hotel it self was very clean and Beautiful ❤️Parking was a bit much but what do you expect in the City 😃"

"Overall, we had a great stay! The property is well-maintained, the staff is very friendly, and our room was easily one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in—plus, the bathroom is absolutely huge. There are just two minor things to note regarding noise: the property sits right next to the 5 freeway, so you can hear highway traffic, and if you aren’t on the top floor, you will likely hear the people above you walking around. We also had a slight hiccup with housekeeping—we requested a room cleaning before heading out for the day, but returned to find it hadn't been touched. However, the front desk handled it well when I called; they offered to send someone up right away, though we ultimately opted to just take the fresh towels they provided. I would absolutely stay here again!"
