Property was run down - multiple holes in bathroom door like someone punched it. Patch on ceiling like there was a water leak from upstairs. Carpet felt dirty and grungy - didn't want to walk on it, even in socks. Eww.

People in the court yard were loud all hours of the night. Felt very unsafe walking through the property. Extremely humid in the room. Needed to set the air conditioner in the low 60’s so it didnt feel damp. Wall tile laying on the floor in the bathroom. Bathroom door would close tight on the bottom. Fixtures rusting from the humidity. Beds and pillows were good.

Big Disappointment

The shape of the room is very bad, the main door to the room had daylight shining through the bottom right corner and water damage from rain coming in and mold is beginning to develop on the baseboard trim on the wall next to the trim. The bathroom sink has a large crack down the center. The ceiling is flaking and breaking off over the shower head. The ceiling register is rusted and one of its louvre’s is missing. The closet in the bathroom has metal trim above the door and is rusted also. There isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom either. The bathroom door has big paint chips on the door, it looks bad. The stairwell leading down to the first floor from the second floor from room 205 has poor lighting and full of trash and smells like urine. I have pictures to support the claims I’m making. This was my first visit to this hotel and honestly I am very disappointed, it really has the appearance that there isn’t a maintenance crew at this hotel. I believe if nothing is done about this situation, in time it will take care of itself if you know what I’m saying. Rick B
