Horrible stay. Beds were dirty, soda had dirt and bugs on pull out bed. Hot water not working, the manager said “let it run 10-15 min first. We asked for towels and they brought dirty towels twice, the third time they were still not ok so we left to buy our own towels. They did not clean the room just sprayed so much air freshener that we had to keep door and window open to air out the room when we arrived. And the roof had a leak directly over the bathroom sink. We would have left but all rooms in area were booked for this holiday.

Absolutely unsanitary, disgusting, stains all over blankets also stains on mattress , spiders in the room mold in the window , housekeeper was throwing the blankets on the bare dirty ground had to move us to a second room that smelled like cigarettes, cigarette buds everywhere holes in the wall absolute catfish disgusting service don’t waste your money. They will say they’re gonna give you a refund and then kick you out on your second day how to purchase my own blankets and Clorox wipes for the room couldn’t shower. There was hair in the bathtub hair on the new unopened toilet paper. Just absolutely disgusting. I also filed a health report that way they can get an inspection due to how unsanitary it was.

The room had NO hot water. I took 2 showers and the water was barely beyond cold. The bedding had not been changed cause it smelled weird and not clean. Plus the sheets had burn holes in them and I know what fresh bedding feels like. I recommend to Expedia customers to STAY AWAY from this hotel. It is NOT a quality establishment.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in the USA Totally unbelievable that this place is offered on your site it should be removed immediately, Run the tap for ten minutes to get hot water no face cloths beds sheets with holes stains and undersheets with blood spots and mattresses completely worn out, We had to Clean and disinfect the whole place right down to the used METH PIPE we found lying in the wardrobe.The furniture was either broken or in a very ugly state of repair and the material on the furniture was black with greasy dirty hands never been cleaned unreal!!!!!! That was enough for us to make a decision to let every person we know to never go near Executive Inn & Suites Anaheim. I would like a message back confirming that this property be struck off your site for the good of your customers and your ongoing business
