The rooms are nasty looking and have roaches everywhere and people live here in this hotel the pictures are all lies and probably the reviews to I will never rent a room on hotel.com again they condone this

The room is extremely dirty (sofa is too dirty that my family not able to sit on it). Both bed sheets from two beds has the mark that looks like someone pee on them. The bathroom has only the minimum shampoo and soap. Both has the weird smell. There is weird smell in the room, and lots of cracking and damaging area in the ceiling, wall, and door. If you can avoid, please do not come to this getto and very dirty hotel

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Pictures are always deceiving, but these ones take the cake. The walls, floors, etc were filthy. There were cockroaches. The towels and bedding smelled clean, but were covered in stains (not a HUGE deal, but still). The first room they put us is was the wrong type of room that we booked. They moved us to the correct room and the AC was broken, so we had to move back to the first room. They said they would fix the AC and we could go to the other room our second night there. That’s fine. But then the toilet was leaking every time we flushed it. It took them two days to fix it, during which time we had to use another room for a toilet and a showers. All of us got sick while we were there and I also got a staph infection on my face. We asked for two nights to be comped to us for all of the inconveniences and have yet to hear anything back. The only saving grace was the staff, mainly Peter, were so very nice. He really did what he could to accommodate us and get our toilet ready, but you could tell he just isn’t given the resources to do his job well. If they put some money into this place it wouldn’t be a bad place to stay, but until they get it cleaned and take care of the roaches, I’ll never stay again.

WiFi didn’t work in my room. So changed my room then air conditioning and WiFi are barely working. I was so frustrated. I waisted almost 3 hours taking my stuff from my room to new room then back to my old room. It was the worse day. I’m exhausted from work and I didn’t finally relax till 6pm.

Not a place for family, the stains on the sheets were unmentionable and cigarette burns on couch and bed cover in a non-smoking room. We had to ask for clean sheets and towels. We didn’t even stay there our second night.

Misleading & Poor Conditions. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Do not trust the photos on line! They do not reflect the reality of the horrific accommodations. Upon arrival I was overwhelmed by a strong smell of cleaning products. The bedding was unacceptable: stains, dirt, hair. It had not been properly cleaned. The lobby was locked and check in occurred in a small window obscured by white paper. The overall room and environment made me extremely uncomfortable. The floor wood panels were separated and the gaps were full of dirt. My experience was upsetting and I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Parking was easy, had a AC but we paid to get the upgraded room with 2 queens and a pull out couch. Couch was so gross we wouldn’t put out things on it, let alone sleep on it! Room smelled like smoke so bad it gave me a headache. We were offered an air freshener but wouldn’t have done anything for the stale smoke smell.

The plac3 looked abandoned. Dirty paarking lot, dirty rooms, stained beds and bedding, stained loose toilet, sitting water in tub drain, broken/missing drawers in bathroom and blood stains, warped base boards, electic outlets looked gross, pull out bed couch looks like someones old furniture, room smelled, window was open when we arrived, it was completely unsanitary and we could not tolerate a stay. We asked for another room, still not good. WE DID ASK FOR A REFUND DUE TO THE UNSANITARY PLACE, INSTEAD STAFF SAID THEY WILL PROVIDE CLEAN SHEETS AND NO REFUND. WE LOST OUT ON OUR 3 DAY PAYMENT, WOULD NOT EVEN REFUND HALF. THEIR POST SHOWED VERY CLEAN ROOMS, TOTAL LIE! DO NOT THINK OF STAYING THERE. PEOPLE THERE LOOK LIKE CRACKHEADS. ONE MAN DID COMPLAIN OF AC NOT WORKING. PLEASE HELPME GET REFUND

To start with, I didn’t get the room I reserved, then I found cockroaches, then toilet seat is smaller than the toilet, and in the morning we woke up with bed bugs bites then we were moved to another room, with two individual beds, next day we went out for the day, and came back and management took all our belongings and moved to another room, and I lost some items , to say the least it was a nightmare our stay in this place
