Misleading & Poor Conditions. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Do not trust the photos on line! They do not reflect the reality of the horrific accommodations. Upon arrival I was overwhelmed by a strong smell of cleaning products. The bedding was unacceptable: stains, dirt, hair. It had not been properly cleaned. The lobby was locked and check in occurred in a small window obscured by white paper. The overall room and environment made me extremely uncomfortable. The floor wood panels were separated and the gaps were full of dirt. My experience was upsetting and I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Parking was easy, had a AC but we paid to get the upgraded room with 2 queens and a pull out couch. Couch was so gross we wouldn’t put out things on it, let alone sleep on it! Room smelled like smoke so bad it gave me a headache. We were offered an air freshener but wouldn’t have done anything for the stale smoke smell.

The plac3 looked abandoned. Dirty paarking lot, dirty rooms, stained beds and bedding, stained loose toilet, sitting water in tub drain, broken/missing drawers in bathroom and blood stains, warped base boards, electic outlets looked gross, pull out bed couch looks like someones old furniture, room smelled, window was open when we arrived, it was completely unsanitary and we could not tolerate a stay. We asked for another room, still not good. WE DID ASK FOR A REFUND DUE TO THE UNSANITARY PLACE, INSTEAD STAFF SAID THEY WILL PROVIDE CLEAN SHEETS AND NO REFUND. WE LOST OUT ON OUR 3 DAY PAYMENT, WOULD NOT EVEN REFUND HALF. THEIR POST SHOWED VERY CLEAN ROOMS, TOTAL LIE! DO NOT THINK OF STAYING THERE. PEOPLE THERE LOOK LIKE CRACKHEADS. ONE MAN DID COMPLAIN OF AC NOT WORKING. PLEASE HELPME GET REFUND

To start with, I didn’t get the room I reserved, then I found cockroaches, then toilet seat is smaller than the toilet, and in the morning we woke up with bed bugs bites then we were moved to another room, with two individual beds, next day we went out for the day, and came back and management took all our belongings and moved to another room, and I lost some items , to say the least it was a nightmare our stay in this place

The rooms were vastly different from the images that were advertised. The bed sheets had crumbs on them, both televisions were non-functional, and the WiFi was also inoperative. While I was lying down, a cockroach crawled on me. Additionally, the refrigerator was not operational. I recommend saving your money and seeking a more suitable place to stay.

I decided to stay at the hotel because of how close it is to the Disney parking lot and how cheap I would only get to sleep. I drove 5 hours to get there. Arrive on October 3 at 1:00 am. The receptionist asked me for a 60 dollar cash deposit which he told me it would be returned to me at the end of my stay. When I check-out, he told me that they would return it to my card. They never gave me anything back. I felt robbed. I won't stay at this hotel again.

Scary, sketchy, completely filthy room. I left even though I paid for the room. Stains on the sofa, walls , sheets, no lightbulbs in the lamps. Furniture was chipping off. Online photos are not what you see in person. It looks like a motel one would rent out by the hour. The locks were defective and you had to mess with it for a while to get it to open. I definitely did not feel safe leaving my belongs there, I did not feel safe staying there. Please don’t waste any money booking here. The guy at the front desk was nice but that’s the only thing good I have to say about thing disgusting place.

Worst hotel I've ever seen, as soon as i checked in into my room and went up to my room with my family we were shocked and very scared of how the hotel looked and immediately ran out of the room and straight to front deskto complain but of course they couldn't do nothing about it, very disappointing. I cannot understand how this hotel is operating and open for the public 😩.

Not worth the cheap price!

Absolutely horrible. Roaches everywhere. Smells like mold and dirty water the moment you walk in. Tub got clogged the second you turned on the water. Had to birth bath my kids! The pictures are when we arrived to the motel and saw the tub full already. Fills up when next door uses the shower. Stayed for a week unfortunately, thought the price was okay but now i get why! Never again.
