Exterior of the building was in deteriorated condition, which I noticed at multiple LaQuinta locations built in a time frame where all the rooms open onto outside balconies and the construction is concrete block. The balconies and stairs are deteriorated. There was a car under my window that the alarm went off for about 4 hours before someone came and reset it, not the hotel's fault. Overall acceptable, but not the greatest. It was reasonably quiet otherwise,

The sink in unit 218 did not drain, in the morning the shower handles did not work got hot but no cold or cold and no hot. The tube had water trapped between the floor and tub and flooded bathroom. Someone must have compliant prior to me having the room assigned but they still rented it out. NOT HAPPY. they did offer another room for the next night but no compensation.

There was hair on the bed sheets, comforter and pillows. There was also stains on the sheets. Was very uncomfortable. Loud music was playing across the hall and did not stop until late into the night.

Clean, comfortable and accommodating
We stayed at the La Quinta Santa Fe traveling from AZ to C0. We booked though Hotels.com to apply a $50.00 reward we had earned. The hotel staff was very accommodating in allowing us to choose our room and even gave us a king size bed when we had mistakenly requested two doubles. The room was comfortable, bathrooms clean. Just perfect for an overnight stay and they include breakfast in a very nice sitting area.
