I finally called customer relation and reported the issues. The Manager Chris was to call me but it took 2 weeks of me calling him. Finally I talked to him and he Manager was very rude and nasty basically hung up on me. I called customer relations again they offer 5000 points. I got tried of going back and forth they didnt want to refund my money...I will never ever never stay at this hotel while working in the Columbus Ohio Area..."
