Overall it was okay- the room was set on 68 but was reading 74. Shower floor was stained/dirty. It was so hot couldn’t change the temp on the thermostat. Double beds were very narrow.

The staff was amazing , we had an issue with our shower and they were on it immediately. The Bistro left a lot to be desired , very limited and out of stock choices and sub par food , the young lady working alone did her best . Also the parking is in the back and we were told you needed your key to access the back entrance but anyone could come in and out , and they did .. I did not feel safe to go to the lobby without my husband.. and the no cash policy is absurd

My friends and I booked one night but unfortunately upon arrival they didn’t have any rooms available due to some long reason. BUT they made arrangements for us to stay at another resort named Sheraton Atlantic City convention center . And it was an easy process and staff in both locations were very nice and helpful!

Great hotel staff member. The front staff person was great and very helpful! He advised me when our morning breakfast (which was excellent) will be served and provide me with a parking pass for my car to park behind the hotel. Overall a clean room and a nice experience. Walkable within 5 mins to hard rock casino nearby.
