Checkin lines took about 30 minutes to get assistance. When we go to the room the assigned keys didn’t work so had to go back to desk to get it programmed 2 times. In the room we had no toiletries and had to find a maid in hallways to ask for them the next morning. The room wasn’t cleaned properly in between guests and lightbulbs didn’t work in the room.

There was only one clerk at the check in desk when we checked in and out. That was strange for such a large hotel. There were no places to eat. We had to walk around for 30 minutes or more to figure out where we could eat. When we did find a place to eat, there were no options. Burger, hoagies, etc. No real food. No room service. No service at all. We were given our key and left to fend for ourselves.

first off, the CRUSTY rag on the nightstand when I got in the room. The dirty tub, the crusty black thong in the drawer. The furniture is falling apart. No staff at front desk, two people at best! When going to complain was looked at like a fool. I don't even think they log reports. It was a horrible experience, and I used to love Bally's when owned by Caesars
