La ubicación es muy buena, está literalmente en el corazón de Hollywood y es muy fácil llegar a muchos puntos de interés de la ciudad. También tiene parking de fácil acceso, lo cual es bastante conveniente en esta zona.
El hotel es correcto, nada particularmente fancy, pero cómodo. La habitación tenía camas cómodas, buena insonorización (y eso que nuestra habitación estaba cerca del ascensor) y la ducha tenía muy buena presión. No usamos la piscina, pero la vimos y se veía bien. Algo a tener en cuenta es que el hotel realmente no tiene vistas destacadas.
Algo que sí nos gustó mucho fue el servicio de housekeeping: siempre dejaban la habitación muy bien organizada y limpia.
Un punto que no nos gustó fue un tema de seguridad. Notamos que para usar el elevador no es necesario usar la tarjeta de la habitación para subir a los pisos. Es decir, cualquier persona puede entrar y subir a los pisos de habitaciones. En una ciudad tan grande y en un hotel tan concurrido como este, creemos que deberían tener al menos esa medida básica de seguridad."
