"They lost my reservation and gave our room away. After spending an hour at the check in desk, I was offered to have my whole stay comped. I got home and saw two charges on my credit card for $300+ and $500+ after staying in a standard room. I’ve called twice and can’t get a manager to remedy the issue because the front desk clerk says she doesn’t know the manager’s number and not allowed to tell me her name. Do not stay here! Three other families had issues with their check in for the one hour I was there."
