"Came here for one night, had multiple motorcyclists parked right outside our window in handicapped spots. The curtain doesn’t cover the whole window so I had to put something tall against it to hold it closed for privacy. It was beyond noisy. We came back from our evening event and there was no where to park, all of the spots were taken including all handicapped by the motorcycles. The front desk told us to park in the fire lane with other cars (there was barely enough room for us) and this is a safety hazard. The floor had sticky stuff on it that I stepped on as soon as I walked into my room."

"• Substandard cleanliness — Overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was noticeably poor. • Broken elevators — One elevator was completely out of service, and the other was barely functioning. • Filthy stairs — Because the elevators didn’t work, we had to use stairs that were extremely dirty. • No real lobby — There was no actual lobby; only the breakfast area, and after breakfast all chairs were stacked, leaving zero seating for guests. • Misleading room photos — Pictures showed sofas and couches, but our room had no seating at all. • Door wouldn’t close — The room door only closed if you forced it hard, likely due to uneven flooring or misalignment; kids couldn’t close it. • Peeling wall surface — The wall near the ceiling had peeled off, giving the room a neglected appearance. • Broken commode seat — The toilet seat was broken, adding to the list of maintenance issues. • Unprofessional front desk — Staff handed us bath tissue instead of facial tissue. • Poor value for the price — The stay was far too expensive for the quality provided. • Brand disappointment — I previously had a good impression of La Quinta, but this location did not meet the brand’s standards."

"The bathroom was dirty with hair all over, the room smelled like they were trying to hide a mildew smell by using strong chemicals and the a/c didn’t work. We would have left in the middle of the night if it wasn’t storming so hard and a 2 hour drive ahead of us. Will NEVER stay here again. Neither of us actually slept because of the smell and warm air. Staff could not have cared less when we brought our concerns to them. Didn’t even bother staying g for breakfast, got out of there as fast as we could."
