Not so romantic stay

The stay was fine. We payed a decent sum for a suite. No coffee in the room and a long walk from the room to the bathroom. We had a kitchenette but didn’t need it. No real view to speak of. The room was large but kind of weird flow. We were hoping for romantic but it was more utilitarian. Not sure anywhere near worth the price. Other similar less expensive options in New Haven abound.

This hotel provides everything we want from a hotel, from hardwood floors to cozy lobby. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean, and just about everything is new. (I think the building itself is new?) We will definitely come back.

Clean, Modern Hotel but no place to eat in room

Great hotel for my work trip as it was less than a 5 minute walk to my client's building. Very modern decor and super friendly staff. My one complaint and it's could be a big one for some people is that there is no place to eat your meals in the room but yet there is a full kitchenette with stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. How are you suppposed to cook for yourself (or bring in takeout) when there is nowhere good to eat? Yes, there is a desk but it is right below the TV so not great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The layout was well thought out, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the kitchenette, which was fully equipped with everything I needed. It made my stay so much more convenient, whether I wanted to prepare a quick meal or store some snacks. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The property itself was well-maintained, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Whether you’re staying for business or leisure, this hotel truly offers a comfortable and welcoming experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and well-equipped place to stay!

Wonderful and Truly Unexpected!!

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated...I would definitely stay again. Everyone was so wonderful and accommodating, especially the front desk and the valet parking. Not only were they professional but friendly, but truly kind. Really appreciate this, you so often do not get this at all, especially these days. The only thing I would love to see is breakfast in the hotel restaurant or maybe a cafe, where you could get a hot beverage and something to eat, I think this would be a plus...

AMAZING!

Excellent! Valet Parking, easy check-in, location was great! Our room was modern & very clean! The bed was so comfortable and a nice big TV in the room. The lobby was very cozy and they have a fantastic restaurant & bar right inside the hotel!
