"I like this hotel, the staff is nice and the place is very clean. This time they assigned me a room on the other side of the hotel from the registration desk and the room was on the third floor. When I got to the other side of the hotel, with my luggage, the elevator was out of order. I had to walk all the way back to the registration desk, explained the situation, they apologized and gave me a room on the first floor, back on the other side of the hotel. If the elevator is out of order and the repairman had been there, the front desk should have known, so they wouldn't have assigned people a room that needed to use that elevator. It is a communication issue that needs to be worked on."
