"My stay was very good! Great room, terrific amenities in the hotel. Front desk and breakfast staff, amazing! I only have 2 'concerns.' The ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order during my stay. And perhaps this is just a thing for me, there was no clock, anywhere in the room."

"The guy who checked me in was rude, but I’ve had worse. The guy who checked me out was just nasty when a customer brings back a key and doesn’t put it in the exact spot you want there’s no reason to shake your head like in disgust F off never again."

"The TV didn't work, the wifi was in and out, property basic upkeep was deficient including plugs, lighting fixtures pulling from wall. The shouwer handle also pulled out from the fixture which a simple tightening of a set screw would have solved."
