The pool room is very hot, it was difficult to relax in the lounge chairs when not swimming because of this. Love the patio next to the pool area. The staff was very friendly during check in/check out and the bartender was very friendly too

There. We're very noisy. Guests in the hotel. Someone banged on our door. During the night. So. Loud that we woke. Up Called. Management. Management was very. Responsive

Standard rooms are non-standard

Pros: Easy access, nice appearance, great entryway
Cons: Look, it wasn't a disaster, but it was definitely not what we wanted for our trip down.
Location: Nice downtown area
We usually use a different hotel and decided to give this one a try. What they advertise for your room is not what you will necessarily get. They advertise a select comfort bed and deep bath tubs for example, and our bed was pretty standard and ended up with a tub-less shower. Called the desk and they said they had no rooms with bath tubs left. Really? Just make sure people get what they pay for. Holes in the carpet. TV was in the 20 inch range. We'll be going down the street to the Hyatt from now on.

Location!!!!

Pros: Location and the room space.
Cons: Teach your employees with the right information.
Location: Location close to the I-95.Mall,restaurants.
My experience was good.The staff that attendance to me was attentive but after Finish the procedures and gave me the keys,she told me about the breakfast for the next morning and the 10 % discount that you receive when your stay.So the next morning after finish my breakfast with my son the waitress brought to me the bill and I asked about the 10% and she told because I didn't have the coupon she cannot give the discount.I asked in the front desk but the lady that assistance to me told that because I booked from travelocity I didn't received my discount.So looks for me like a lie advertise.The next time take my breakfast out.For everything all was nice.

In general I prefer Hiltons.....great service and usually a great bargain. Food in the on site restaurant was superb.Staff friendly and helpful
